Superfoods and Recipes

Eating live/raw foods, and understanding that my thinking determines my experience, and learning to question my thoughts to see if they are really true, and intending the highest good have all had a role in leading me to the wonderful world of superfoods.

Activating one's highest potential with superfoods is becoming the leading edge direction for many health conscious people. Superfoods create immediate results that people can see and feel by providing rare nutrients that the body and brain use to naturally produce what bio-chemists call “neuro-peptides”. These "neuro-peptides" are what make a person feel optimistic, energized, joyful, and at peace inside. By adding live superfoods to their diet, some people may find themselves letting go naturally of unhealthy choices that no longer serve them like overeating, addictions to sugar, caffeine, and other substances. Many report that this even helped them let go of, or out grow, old sabotaging attitudes, thoughts, and limiting belief patterns!

Some popular superfoods are Marine Phytoplankton, Gogi Berries, Noni, Cacao, Blue-Green Algae, Spirulina, Chlorella, Cordyceps, Inca Berries, and Maca Powder to name a few. In one of my next blogs I'll give you some more information on each of these superfoods. You can also listen to a tele-seminar with David Wolfe, a leading authority on superfoods, for some excellent information on these superfoods and their benefits.
