We all seem to be looking for answers to our infinite questions. Why? How? When? Well, guess what (another question...)? There are no answers. There are only suggestions for probabilities. Pick a suggestion that fits, or makes you feel best in the moment, then be ready, be flexible enough, to take on a new suggestion in another moment.
When we understand that our experience comes about by the thoughts that we are believing, or have an attachment to, we will learn to be more precise in believing only what feels most true for us. Questioning what we are believing - especially any beliefs that cause us to have stress, is a way of finding the truth of who we really are, and allowing ourselves to go in the direction that makes us feel good - stress free, confident, creative, and purposeful.
